McConochie Depression Scale
(McDep)
This 70-item scale measures symptoms of clinical depression, including
several section scores, as for suicidality and sleep problems. It includes
a fake bad scale and 13 causal items (e.g. lack of friends, severe losses
and chronic pain). This test has validity data superior to the Beck
Depression Inventory, detailed in the manual, which also provides
diagnostic suggestions by score level. |
