This 58-item test has been normed on both children and adults. The report porvides seperate
scores for Attention Deficit and for Hyperactivity. It also provides an "alternative explanation
score", based on included brief measures of Big Five personality traits and intelligence.
Research has shown that this alternative explanation dimension correlates highly with ADHD
symptoms as reported by the client (or rating parent). Many cases of ADHD appear explained
by extreme scores on normal personality traits and intelligence. |
